1/2 Halloween YCH for :iconemberslament: Of their oc Passion Freeze

This was super fun and took super long! The oc is so cute and worked well with the colors i used. I was unsure of the background and i didnt want it to dark....but that changed XD The little details will have sparkles on it before i send it :3
